For when you know what to do, but can't seem to do it:
1. What will immidiately change when you do the thing you fear?
Factual:
Belief:
2. Now move everything that isn’t physical, undeniable reality, to beliefs. Notice that facts aren’t scary. If they are, find the underlying belief.
3. Do the thing in the smallest, most reverseable way.
4. Now actually do it, don’t just think about doing it
5. What about the experience did/didn’t you like?
Now ask yourself:
6. Is this the condition I so feared?
